Description
Tribio Fast Mouse Aβ40 ELISA is designed for quantitative detection of mouse Aβ40 in CSF, serum, plasma, and other samples. Using a proprietary one-step method, it simplifies the assay process, making it fast, accurate, and easy to perform, with hands-on time within 2 hours. The detection range is 31.25–2000 pg/mL, with sample levels showing a linear correlation to the standard curve, enabling reliable quantification of natural mouse Aβ40 protein.
Typical Data
This standard curve (R2=1.000) is provided for demonstration only. A standard curve should be generated for each set of samples assayed. Fig. 3 is an example of typical Data.
Sensitivity
The minimum detectable dose (MDD) of mouse is typically 10 pg/ml.
The Intra-assay CV and the Inter-assay CV are ˂10%.
Specificity
This assay recognizes natural and recombinant mouse Aβ40.
No cross-reactivity with others.
