DELIVERY POLICY
In most instances, we ship Standard Overnight Delivery for temperature sensitive products (not available to all locations), with delivery by 4:30 PM of the next business day. We use Ground shipping on room temperature products (not available in all locations) and deliver within 7 business days. Other shipping options will be considered upon request, but can be granted only under conditions that will ensure the quality of the product.
Freight is prepaid and added to the invoice. Please inquire at the time of order for an estimate of the freight charges. If you wish to use your own courier account, please provide a valid account number when ordering.
RETURN POLICY
Purchaser shall not return Products without Seller’s prior written consent. Seller reserves the right to inspect Products at Purchaser’s site and/or require disposal instead of return. All returns must be in compliance with Seller’s instructions and may be subject to a restocking charge. Certain Products (e.g. diagnostic reagents; refrigerated or frozen products; custom Products or special orders) may not be returned under any circumstances. Title to returned Products shall transfer to Seller upon acceptance at the facility designated by Seller. Any returned Products must be in their original packaging with the original label affixed, and unaltered in form and content.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A PO constitutes a firm offer and may not be revoked or cancelled at any time. Tribioscience hereby reserves the right to reschedule any delivery or cancel any PO issued at any time and Tribioscience shall not be subject to any charges or other fees as a result of such cancellation.
REFUND POLICY
To request a refund, contact Customer Service at 1- 833-697-8998. Please have your order information readily available, so we can better assist you with your request.
We do not offer refunds on orders processed or shipped outside of the continental US due to non-receipt of the order.
We do not issue refunds or exchange credits for orders held, refused, or destroyed by customs agencies.
