Fast qPCR Master Mix
TriboTM 2x Fast Sybr Green qPCR Master Mix with different ROX levels and package sizes provide a convenient choice suitable for different qPCR instruments. It is a 2x concentrated premix containing Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, Mg2+, SYBR Green I dye (detection), ROX reference dye, and PCR buffer components. The proprietary chemical modifications of the enzyme make PCR hot start activation much faster (less than 1 minute) than the normal 10-minute activation in standard real-time qPCR amplifications. This confers a significant reduction in non-specific PCR amplification (please see the diagram in the datasheet). As the enzyme buffer system is optimized for real time PCR, the product offers high amplification efficiency and high detection sensitivity in real-time PCR.
