Description
Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) is an anionic detergent used to solubilize and denature proteins in protein extraction and SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis, molecular hybridization, and epigenetic studies. SDS (10% Solution) is effective in both ionic and anionic conditions.
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for electrophoresis, protein and nucleic acid purification, cell disruption, prehybridization, hybridization solutions, and biochemical applications requiring high purity SDS.
