Description
Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is formulated in sterile filtered condition to be used as a buffer for cell culture, ELISA, protein assay, and other molecular biological assays.
Components (1X PBS)
- 3.2mM Na2HPO4.
- 0.5mM KH2PO4.
- 1.3mM KCl.
- 137mM NaCl.
- pH 7.2~7.4.
Directions for Use
Dilute Phosphate Buffered Saline (10x PBS) to a 1x solution using ddH2O. This product supplies enough 10x material to make 10 liters of 1x solution.
