Description
Tribioscience’s Sheath Fluid is a 30x concentrated buffer solution. It easily prepares a sheath fluid working solution (1x) for transporting particles through any flow cytometer. This concentrated solution uses less storage space and costs less to ship than conventional large containers. Each bottle of the concentrated liquid is sufficient to make 30 L or 15 L of 1x flow cytometer sheath fluid.
Composition
30X concentrated salt buffered solution without azide.
pH Value: 7.4 ± 0.2
Sterile filtered with 0.2um filter.
Storage
Room temperature (18-25°C). Use by 6 months from date of receipt.
