Description

ViviRen is a synthetic analog of coelenterazine developed to enhance bioluminescence imaging (BLI) by improving the performance of Renilla luciferase-based assays. Engineered with protected oxidation sites, ViviRen minimizes substrate degradation and autoluminescence, resulting in significantly brighter luminescence—approximately 3- to 5-fold higher than native coelenterazine in live cells.
