Description
Super Fidelity DNA Polymerase is a next-generation ultra fidelity enzyme designed from Pfu DNA Polymerase, offering significantly enhanced performance in long fragment amplification, specificity, and yield. It is particularly well-suited for cloning large DNA fragments, with a proven advantage in amplifying sequences. Its exceptional fidelity and robust amplification make it ideal for direct PCR from complex samples such as bacterial, fungal, plant, and animal tissues, as well as whole blood.
