Description
Tribio Fast Mouse CD8 ELISA is designed to quantitatively detect Mouse CD8 levels in a variety of tissues, including skin, muscle, neural tissue, serum, and other biological samples. The key feature of this kit is the use of novel proprietary technology that integrates sample processing and detection into a simplified one-step procedure, instead of the complex multi-step workflows used in traditional ELISA methods. This significantly simplifies the assay, making it easy to perform, highly accurate, and time efficient. The entire measurement can be completed within 3 hours, rather than the conventional 4–5 hours (Fig. 1). The detection range spans from 3 to 200 ng/mL. Mouse CD8 sample levels show linear parallelism with the standard curve generated using kit standards, indicating that this assay can be used for the relative quantification of native Mouse CD8 protein in biological samples.
Typical Data
This standard curve(R2=0.9995) is provided for demonstration only. A standard curve should be generated for each set of samples assayed. Fig. 3 is an example of typical Data.
Sensitivity
The minimum detectable dose (MDD) of mouse CD8 is typically 10 ng/mL.
The Intra-assay CV is 3.79% the Inter-assay CV is ˂10%.
Specificity
This assay recognizes natural and recombinant mouse CD8.
