Description
Tribioscience’s HBS (2x HEPES buffered saline) is ready to use for chemical transfection like chemical phosphate transfection purposes. It also can be used with 1.25M / 2.5M Calcium Chloride Solution (TBS5071 / TBS5072).
COMPOSITION
2x HBS Contains: 280 mM NaCl, 50 mM HEPES buffer, and 1.42 mM Na2HPO4·7H2O
pH Value: 7.05 (7.0 ⁓ 7.1)
Sterile filtered with 0.2um filter.
STORAGE
Room temperature (18-25°C). Use by 12 months from the date of receipt.
