Functions

Potent (IC₅₀ = 0.76 nM) inhibitor of leucine-rich repeat kinase 2 (LRRK2). It has greater than 295-fold selectivity against a panel of 300 kinases. CNS active. An important tool for the study of aberrant LRRK2 signaling in Parkinson’s disease.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 15 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
