IDO1 inhibitor

Functions

Irreversible inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 1.1 nM HEK293 cells; 1.7 nM HeLa cells) of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO1), an enzyme that metabolizes tryptophan into immunosuppressive kynurenine. Acts synergistically with PD-1 inhibitors in various cancer models including bladder, advanced solid tumors, and hematologic.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to at least 75 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
