Functions

ARV-110 is a CRBN-based PROTAC protein degrader that recruits the cereblon-containing E3 ubiquitin ligase to direct the proteasomal degradation of the androgen receptor (AR). It selectively degrades wild-type AR and most clinically relevant mutants with low nM potency. ARV-110 is the first PROTAC to enter the clinic.  Analytical methods suitable for pharmacokinetic studies have been developed. Caution: May be teratogenic. Pregnant women should avoid all contact with this substance.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
