Description
InVivoMAb Anti-Mouse Cluster of Differentiation 3 epsilon (CD3ε) antibody is a potent tool for in vivo T-cell depletion. In BALB/c mice, administration of this antibody leads to a substantial reduction of circulating T cells, even at very low doses. A single injection of 1 μg is sufficient to significantly reduce T-cell levels, while higher doses of 20 μg or 100 μg result in extensive and near-complete depletion. These characteristics make the antibody an effective reagent for modulating T-cell responses and investigating immune regulation in murine models.
