Description
Tribioscience in vivo Anti-Human STAT3 Antibody is a monoclonal antibody specifically targeting Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3 (STAT3, APRF, Acute-Phase Response Factor) in human samples. It is validated for ELISA, flow cytometry (FCM), and neutralization assays, making it suitable for studying STAT3-mediated signaling pathways, transcriptional regulation, and immune responses. HepG2 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human STAT3 antibody monoclonal antibody (Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody and cells analyzed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
