Description
The InVivoMAb Anti-Mouse Cluster of Differentiation 16 (CD16) antibody is a monoclonal antibody that specifically targets mouse FcγR. It recognizes FcγR molecules on the surface of T cells and macrophages, binding to FcγR-positive T cells (e.g., T2D4) and macrophage-like cells (e.g., J774), while showing no binding to FcγR-negative T cells or FcR-negative thymoma cells. This antibody can attach to FcγR on the cell membrane and is also detectable in soluble form in culture supernatants. Additionally, it can modulate antibody responses in vitro, making it a valuable tool for studying FcγR-mediated immune regulatory functions.
