Description
The InVivoMAb Anti-Rat Cluster of Differentiation 198 (CD198) antibody targets CD198 (C-C Chemokine Receptor Type 8, CCR8), a receptor selectively expressed on activated regulatory T cells (Tregs) within tumors that plays a key role in maintaining local immunosuppression. This antibody modulates Treg activity and disrupts the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. In vivo studies have demonstrated that it significantly inhibits tumor growth in CD34 humanized mouse models. In syngeneic LLC and H22 mouse models, intraperitoneal administration also achieved robust tumor suppression, exhibiting a clear dose-dependent effect.
