Description
InVivoMAb Anti-Human IL-13 Antibody is a selective, humanized recombinant monoclonal antibody targeting human interleukin-13 (IL-13). This antibody binds IL-13 with high affinity and potency, recognizing both the wild-type and common variant forms of the cytokine. By blocking IL-13 interaction with its receptors, IL-13Rα1 and IL-13Rα2, the antibody effectively inhibits downstream IL-13–mediated signaling pathways. It is a valuable research tool for investigating IL-13–driven mechanisms involved in type 2 inflammation, airway remodeling, and fibrotic processes, particularly in in vivo and translational studies.
