Description
InVivoMAb Anti-Human IL-17A antibody is a humanized monoclonal antibody designed to specifically target and neutralize interleukin-17A (IL-17A), a key cytokine involved in pro-inflammatory immune pathways. By blocking IL-17A activity, this antibody inhibits downstream signaling associated with autoimmune and chronic inflammatory responses, making it a valuable reagent for in vivo studies of IL-17–mediated immune mechanisms.

Fig. 3. Flow-cytometry using anti-human IL17A antibody. Human Jurkat cell line were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human IL17A antibody monoclonal antibody (Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody and cells analyzed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
