Description
InVivo Anti-Mouse Ly6g antibody targets mouse Lymphocyte Antigen 6 Complex, locus G (Ly6G), a 21–25 kDa GPI-anchored Ly-6 family protein involved in cell signaling and adhesion. Ly6G is expressed throughout myeloid development and maintained on mature granulocytes and peripheral neutrophils, making it a reliable marker for neutrophil populations. The antibody is highly specific for Ly6G with no reported cross-reactivity to Ly6C and is suitable for in-vivo studies of neutrophil function and depletion.
