Description
TriboTM 2x Fast Taqman Porbe qPCR Master Mix with different ROX level and package size provides a convenient choice suitable for different qPCR instruments. It is a 2x concentrated premix containing Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, Mg2+, ROX reference dye and PCR buffer components. The proprietary chemical modification of the enzyme makes PCR hot start activation much faster (less than 1 min), do not need 10 min activation in the standard real-time qPCR amplification, which confers a significant reduction in non-specific PCR amplification (please see the diagram in the data sheet). As the enzyme buffer system is optimized for real time PCR, the product offers high amplification efficiency and high detection sensitivity in real-time PCR.

This kit can be used for real-time PCR amplification.

I have used this master mix for a year, and it always gives me good result. The price is much more affordable. Just note that you need to resuspend the whole tube before add to your PCR reaction. Highly recommend to you.
