5x All-in-One Reverse Transcription Kit (TBS4006)

Description

Tribo^TM 5x All-in-One Reverse Transcription Kit is optimized to synthesize first-strand cDNA for PCR and qPCR. The optimal first-strand cDNA synthesis temperature is 50°C. The reverse transcription reaction at higher temperatures improves cDNA yields for difficult RNA transcription. This 5x concentrated Premix includes all necessary components for first-strand synthesis: dNTPs, MgCl2, DTT, oligo (dT) and random primers, RNase inhibitors, and Reverse Transcriptase. It greatly simplifies the cDNA synthesis process.

Kit Contents

5x RT kit: 0.2 mL

The kit contains RT buffer, dNTPs, DTT, RNase inhibitor, Primer mixer, and Reverse Transcriptase. The reagent is enough for 50 RT reactions in 20 µL.

Storage Conditions

The kit is shipped on ice and should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage. Shelf life of 12 months after receipt.
