Description
Tris buffered Saline (TBS) is commonly used as a wash buffer and diluent solution for Western blot, Elisa, and general wash buffer in immunoassay applications.
1x TBS (TBS5008) is a ready-to-use formulation. It contains 50 mM Tri-HCl and 150 mM NaCl.
In addition, some applications need the detergent Tween-20 in the buffer. So, we provide several different formulations with or without Tween-20 in the buffer to make an easy choice for application. Please see the relative products listed.
