Description
The paraformaldehyde(PFA) Solution in PBS is a high-quality, methanol-free solution formulated in PBS. It has two different concentrations of 4% and 8% solution It can be used for tissue or cell fixative in IHC and ISH and reversible amine crosslinking agent for protein and nucleic acid tissue samples.
Directions for Use
The PFA 8% in 2x PBS can simply dilute 4% working solution with DD-water in equal volume for general histology processing.
Applications
Tissue or cell fixation in IHC, ISH processing.
