Description
50X Denhardt’s solution is a blocking reagent mostly applied for western, northern, and southern blot procedures. It prevents the probes non-specific binding to the membranes. The solution contains 1% Ficoll (type 400), 1% Polyvinylpyrrolidone and 1% bovine serum albumin (BSA).
APPLICATION:
Suitable for use in nucleic acid hybridizations (Northern Blot, Southern Blot).
FEATURE:

- No pH adjustment.
STORAGE:
The product is stable for up to two years at -20 ºC and shipped in cold.
