Description
Tribio 0.1 M Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Carbonate Buffer is a powdered buffer blend designed for the preparation of carbonate-bicarbonate buffer at pH 9.6. It is commonly used as a coating buffer for immobilization of proteins, antigens, and antibodies onto polystyrene microplates in ELISA and other immunoassays.
APPLICATION
Suitable for:
- Coating ELISA and other immunoassay microplates
- Dilution of antigens or antibodies prior to plate coating
