Applications

5-HT4 partial agonist

Functions

Potent and selective partial agonist of the serotonin 5-HT₄ receptor. Also inhibits RNA m6A reader YTHDF1. It reduced the viability of patient-derived AML cells and prolonged survival in xenograft models. Suppressed tumor growth in various models via inhibition of sonic hedgehog signaling, MEK1/2, peroxisome pathway, and others.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (20 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
