Functions

Potent and selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase 10A (PDE10A), IC₅₀ = 0.37 nM. Active in a number of animal models for antipsychotic activity. Suppresses microglial activation in LPA-induced neuroinflammation and MPTP-induced Parkinson’s disease models. Suppresses proliferation of human glioblastoma cells. Novel agent for stimulation of sperm motility. Brain penetrant.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
