VEGFR, PDGFR and FGFR kinase inhibitor

Functions

A potent inhibitor of VEGFR, PDGFR, FGFR (IC₅₀ = 13-34 nM for VEGFR, 59-65 nM for PDGFR and 37-108 nM for FGFR subtypes). Also inhibits Flt-3, Lck, Lyn and Src (IC₅₀ = 16-156 nM). Inhibits VEGF-stimulated proliferation of HUVECs. Inhibits tumor growth in a mouse tumor xenograft model. A novel therapeutic agent for treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Alleviates chronic pancreatitis by inhibiting the activation of pancreatic stellate cells.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (4 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
