3CLpro inhibitor

Functions

GC376 inhibits the 3C protease of poliovirus with an IC50 of 1.77 µM, foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) with an IC50 of 1.16 µM, and human rhinovirus (HRV) with an IC50 of 0.2 µM. It also targets the 3C-like proteases of Norwalk virus, MD145 virus, transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV), and SARS-CoV, with IC50 values of 0.49 µM, 0.96 µM, 0.82 µM, and 4.35 µM, respectively.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (10 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
