Applications

YTHDF2 inhibitor

Functions

Inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 21.8 µM) of the RNA N6-methyladenosine (m6A) reader YTHDF2. It significantly enhanced tumor growth inhibition in MC38 murine models in conjunction with radiotherapy and/or anti-PD-L1 therapy via an increase in the number of CD8⁺ T cells.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to at least 50 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
