Description
InVivoMAb Anti-Mouse Cluster of Differentiation 198 (CD198) antibody is a monoclonal antibody targeting mouse C-C chemokine receptor type 8 (CCR8), a receptor involved in recruiting immunosuppressive T cells in tumors. It shows dose-dependent anti-tumor activity across multiple models, effectively inhibiting HCC827 human lung cancer xenografts in CD34 humanized mice and suppressing LLC lung and H22 liver tumors in syngeneic mice. Higher doses lead to stronger tumor-volume reduction.
