Description
InVivoMAb Anti-Mouse CD279 (PD-1) Antibody is a PD-1–blocking monoclonal antibody used as a reference control for evaluating PD-1–targeting Pb-Tx. In MC38 tumor–bearing mice, this antibody demonstrates strong antitumor activity and performs comparably to PD-1 Pb-Tx both as monotherapy and in combination with anti–CTLA-4. It also supports durable immunologic memory, allowing complete responders to reject tumor rechallenge.
