Description
The InVivoMAb Anti-Mouse α/β T-cell receptor (TCR) antibody recognizes the α/β T cell receptor expressed on mouse thymocytes and peripheral T lymphocytes. The TCR α/β complex, composed of TCRα and TCRβ chains, is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and plays a critical role in antigen recognition and T cell activation. In vivo administration of this antibody leads to the depletion of TCR α/β–expressing T cells, making it a valuable tool for studies of T cell–mediated immune responses, immune regulation, and disease models in mice.
