Description
InVivoMAb Anti-Human C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 12 (CXCL12) antibody is a highly specific human IgG monoclonal antibody targeting CXCL12α, β, and γ. It effectively blocks the interaction of CXCL12 with its receptors CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) and CXC chemokine receptor 7 (CXCR7), inhibiting CXCL12-driven cell migration. In vivo studies have shown that this antibody significantly reduces tumor growth and metastasis, alleviates disease severity in mouse collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) models, and decreases laser-induced choroidal neovascularization by approximately 50%.
