Description
InVivoMAb Anti-Human IFNG/IFN-gamma is a humanized monoclonal antibody that neutralizes interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), a key cytokine in inflammatory pathways. IFN-γ, produced mainly by T cells and NK cells, regulates immune responses by activating Th1 cells, monocytes, and macrophages, enhancing antigen presentation, and influencing B cell antibody class. It also has antiviral, antiproliferative, and immunomodulatory effects. In autoimmune diseases such as Crohn’s disease.
