Description
InVivoMAb Anti-Human CD115 is a monoclonal antibody that specifically targets human CSF-1R. It partially blocks CSF-1R signaling, inhibiting the differentiation of monocytes into M2-polarized macrophages while promoting the development of dendritic cells. It can modulate the tumor microenvironment and mitigate treatment-related rebound effects.
