Description
InVivoMAb Anti-Human IL-10 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that noncompetitively antagonizes human IL-10 by blocking its interaction with the IL-10 receptor IL-10R1. IL-10 is an anti-inflammatory cytokine that regulates immune responses and limits tissue damage during inflammatory conditions. Neutralization of IL-10 by this antibody enhances immune activation and counteracts IL-10–mediated immunosuppression.
