Description
InVivoMAb Anti-Human GDF15 antibody is a monoclonal antibody designed to neutralize human Growth Differentiation Factor-15 (GDF15), a stress-induced cytokine involved in metabolic regulation, inflammation, and tissue responses associated with disease. By blocking GDF15 signaling, this antibody is widely used in in-vivo and translational research to restore normal immune and metabolic pathways, model GDF15-driven conditions such as cancer cachexia and chronic inflammatory disorders, and investigate therapeutic strategies aimed at alleviating GDF15-mediated immune suppression and metabolic dysfunction.
