InVivoMAb Anti-Human C-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 2 (CCL2) antibody is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that specifically targets CCL2. It reduces tumor-associated macrophage infiltration, slows tumor progression, and enhances the efficacy of chemotherapy.

After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody and cells analyzed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
