Description
Tribio in vivo Anti-Human BMP4 Monoclonal Antibody is a highly specific mouse monoclonal antibody targeting human BMP4. It specifically recognizes and neutralizes BMP4 activity by blocking it signaling pathways, and is suitable for research applications such as ELISA, immunoblotting, immunohistochemistry, and functional assays. BMP4 is a key morphogen in the TGF‑β superfamily, involved in embryonic development, bone and cartilage formation, cell differentiation, and tissue homeostasis. Aberrant BMP4 expression is associated with various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, pulmonary hypertension, fibrosis, and developmental abnormalities. It is also implicated in tumor progression, angiogenesis, and regulation of the tumor microenvironment. Therefore, this antibody is widely used in developmental biology, stem cell research, cancer biology, cardiovascular and pulmonary research, as well as fibrosis studies.
