Description
Description: HLA-DR is a class II major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule. It is a heterodimeric glycoprotein composed of an alpha (α) chain and a beta (β) chain, each approximately 36 kDa and 27 kDa in size, respectively. HLA-DR is predominantly expressed on professional antigen-presenting cells (APCs), including. Dendritic cells, Macrophages, B cells. HLA-DR is a critical component of the immune system, playing a pivotal role in initiating and regulating immune responses.
