Contaminants: Leucylpeptide decomposing enzymes

NADH oxidase ≤1.0×10⁻²%

Stabilizers: 2-Mercaptoethanol, L-cysteine, dithiothreitol, ethylenediaminetetraacetate

Applications

This enzyme is useful for enzyme determination of L-leucine and the activity of leucine amino-peptidase.
