Description
Transfer Ribonucleic acid, transfer (tRNA) from baker’s yeast S. cerevisiae can be used as a starting material for the purification of specific amino acyl-tRNA species by methods such as liquid column chromatography or high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). It is also suitable for reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), cDNA construction, and a carrier for RNA precipitation, or immunoprecipitation.
