Description
Exgene™ Forensic SV mini is designed for DNA extraction from a variety of forensic samples, including decomposed tissues, rib cartilage, and the most challenging fingerprint tape.
The streamlined protocol without a pre-treatment step enables an easy and fast DNA extraction. The purified DNA is suitable for various downstream applications such as qRT-PCR, STR analysis, NGC, etc.
Simple and Safe Procedure
- No pre-treatment (ex. DTT, decalcification, etc.)
- No phenol/chloroform extractions
- Nucleic acid extraction is possible within up to 90 min
Applications
- PCR, qRT-PCR, STR, and other downstream applications.
