This buffer dilution is made to match the bulk solution for most liposome encapsulated doxorubicin, Doxoves®
Specifications
Composition: 10% sucrose, 10 mM histidine, pH 6.5 ± 0.2
Volume: 45-50 mL (packed in 50mL centrifuge tubes)
Storage and Stability: sterile filtered (0.2um), stored at 2-8 degree C.
Shelf-life: 6 months stored in refrigerator. Use within 1 month weeks after first use.
