Description
Tris buffered Saline (TBS) is commonly used as a wash buffer and diluent solution for Western blot, Elisa, and general wash buffer in immunoassay applications.
Some applications need the detergent Tween-20 in the buffer. So, we provide several different formulations with or without Tween-20 in the buffer to make an easy choice for application.
The buffer concentration and ingredients are listed below:
10x TBS Formulation with Tween-20 (TBS5008T):
1500 mM Sodium Chloride
500 mM Tris-HCl
0.5% Tween-20
Supplied at pH 7.2 – 7.4
Directions for Use
Simple dilute concentrated TBST(10x) to a 1X solution using ddH2O.
Storage
Store at room temperature.
Research use only.
