Description
Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is formulated under sterile, filtered conditions to serve as a buffer for cell culture, ELISA, protein assays, and various molecular biological applications. This Endotoxin-Free 1X PBS solution contains 10 mM Na₂HPO₄, 2.0 mM KH₂PO₄, 2.7 mM KCl, and 137 mM NaCl, with a pH of 7.2–7.6.

The buffer is filtered with 0.2µm filter in sterile condition.
