Applications

IL-17 inhibitor

Functions

Inhibitor of IL-17 production (IC₅₀ = 20 – 60 nM in CD4 T cells). It significantly inhibited the development and progression of arthritis and joint destruction in collagen-induced arthritis models. It acted synergistically with other chemotherapeutic agents to overcome multidrug resistance. It also enhances premature termination codon (PTC) readthrough resulting in increased protein levels and protein synthesis. Also acts as a potent oral sialylation inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 200 nM in PDAC cells). It suppressed α-2,3/2,6-sialylation inhibiting PDAC tumor growth and remodeling the tumor microenvironment.  Y-320 acted synergistically with anti-PD-1 therapy to overcome immune checkpoint blockade resistance.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 18 mg/ml, warm), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
