Applications

PARP 1&2 inhibitor

Functions

PanPARP inhibitor (Ki = 5.2 PARP1 and 2.9 nM PARP2). Restores sensitivity to DNA alkylator/methylator temozolomide in glioma cells and xenografts, and enhances radiotherapy sensitivity in endometrial carcinoma cells. Also improves sensitivity to DNA replication inhibitor cisplatin in human oral carcinoma cells.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 30 mg/ml) or in Water (up to 40 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or water may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
